We understand that no matter how much information we make available to Xydeo members, questions will still crop up. Its actually a good sign, and we're happy to help in any way we can. Here are some ideas on how you might use the live expert support:
Types of support available to you:
- You are planning your first exercise and want some assistance with exercise objectives and scenario selection
- You are about to start plan development and would like some help developing your process for accomplishing that
- You are going to train your team and you'd like feedback on the content you'd like to cover
- You want to bounce recovery ideas off us
- You have questions about the best way to get started and engage people
